If requested, we will give instructors general information regarding the number of students in their classes who have subscribed to a site and may supply general information on site usage. We will not reveal any information about specific subscribers, even at the request of an instructor, without the prior permission of the subscriber.

Should any subscriber makes false statements about econweb, OnLineTexts.com, its products or employees we reserve the right to reveal any communications between us and said subscriber, subscription dates, site use details and any other data collected to defend our reputation and for any legal or civil action that may be deemed necessary in connection with such statements.
